Emel Varan began her professional career as a sales representative at Anadolu Sigorta. Driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and anticipating rapid growth in the research sector, she founded ES Research and Organization in Izmir, which later operated as the Aegean Regional Representative Office for a global company. Having started in management at a young age, she has always prioritized discovering and supporting talent, and takes great joy in helping people recognize and develop their own potential. When he transitioned to the financial sector after evaluating offers from the corporate world, he continued to excel and find fulfillment in people-focused roles in sales and marketing, credit, and customer relations. She continued to expand her experience with both internal and external clients by serving as a Marketing Manager at Yaşarbank and Tekstilbank, and as a Human Resources Manager at Clear Channel and Esteworld Hospitals. When she began her role as a sales consultant for a global education firm, she found great fulfillment in creating value and delivering tangible benefits. Her consistent adoption of solution-oriented approaches to corporate development processes, cultural and values initiatives, and leadership development strategies has deepened her expertise. Amid the changes brought by the COVID-19 pandemic, she continues to contribute to the industry through her educational consulting work—which she pursues with passion and dedication—under her own brand, e-varan, offering innovative solutions and development-focused approaches with expert trainers and content. She is the mother of a son and a professional coach holding the ICF-accredited ACSTH certification.
