With its investment in Turkey’s first industrial packaging line that same year, it began reaching a broader audience—from bakeries to households—and playing a greater role in the dough of the flavors in our lives. 1993 By transitioning to automation in its general production and increasing its production capacity to 560 tons per day, Söke earned the title of one of Turkey’s top five flour mills with 100% capacity utilization. 2017 It established a new mill with a daily capacity of 60 tons capable of grinding not only wheat but also other grain varieties as whole grains. With this latest investment, it began offering not only wheat flour but also flours made from various other grains to both professionals and consumers. 2018 It made a major investment in Ankara. With the Ankara Plant, which processes the highest-quality wheat from the Central Anatolia Region, the company tripled its production capacity, reaching a daily capacity of 1,400 tons. This latest investment enabled the company to reach more professionals and consumers with its products. 2022 As Turkey’s leading and innovative flour brand, offering a diverse range of products tailored to the needs of professionals and consumers, Söke joined the Ulusoy Un group—a global brand in Turkey and the industry—as of 2022.
